Odhiambo is the Managing Partner at OG Law LLP. He specialises in complex commercial disputes, conveyancing, employment disputes. He also advises on family law, probate and administration. He has been successful in realising major recoveries for Deposit Insurance Corporation (Now Kenya Deposit Insurance) and the banking sector, successfully defending four election petitions in 2013 and 2017 elections for the Narok Member of Senate, Webuye West Member of National Assembly, Baringo North Member of National Assembly and Khwisero Member of National Assembly. He also advises and represents clients in the public sector including Kenya Electricity Transmission Company, Dairy Board, Agricultural Development Corporation. He also practices alternative dispute resolution.

Odhiambo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths . He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Moi University. He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) at the Strathmore University, with a specialisation in International Financial Law and Regulations. He is also member of the Chartered institute of Arbitrators of Kenya.
